My mission statement is simple – Grow. Help others grow.
I believe that we all exist to add value. We don’t become great so that will be known or remembered as great. We become great, the best at our craft…our calling so that we can use that ability to make something or someone else better.
I love helping individuals, teams and companies unlock their potential and harness their greatness.
I tell people that I’m in the business of fuels and tools, inspiration and application. Some of my clients have included Pilot/Flying J, HCA, Mastercraft Boats, JL Audio, Scripps Networks and many others.
I speak to thousands of people each year to help inspire, motivate, and encourage excellence. Most recently, I’ve been serving as a guest lecturer in the University of Tennessee’s Professional MBA program.
